We realize that everyone comes in different shapes and sizes. If one of our products doesn’t work out for you and you would like to exchange it please reach out to us at email@example.com letting us know what style and size you would like to exchange it for, and we will get a new one shipped to you immediately! Please note that while we cover the costs of shipping for all exchanges and returns in the U.S, we cannot do so on international orders so please make sure you choose the right size!
If you are not satisfied with your order you can return for a full refund. We accept requests for refunds and exchanges within the first 14 days after your purchase. To qualify for a refund or exchange, the item must be in the original packaging and original condition with tags still on. Products that have been worn, used, damaged, or altered will NOT BE ACCEPTED because it's disgusting and unfair to other customers. If an item is purchased on Flash Sales or Last Call Sales, it's considered a final sale.
To return or exchange your product you will find a return label in the package we sent you. We ask that before returning your product you reach out to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send us a picture with the current state of your product. We need to make sure that it has not been worn, used, damaged, or altered and that it includes all the tags. We want to avoid any complications down the line (typical scenario of our word vs your word). Please note that if you do not send a picture and wait for our confirmation we reserve the right to NOT GIVE YOU A FULL REFUND, even if you have sent the product back to us. In the unlikely event they are damaged or lost in transit you must file a claim with the carrier.
