We make every effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Typically, orders placed from Monday to Friday are shipped within 48 hours, while those placed over the weekend are usually shipped on the next business day. For expedited 1 or 2 day shipping, please make sure to place your order before 1 PM EST, and we’ll ensure it goes out that day. Please be aware that during high-volume periods like sales, major promotions or holidays, it might take a bit longer.

Delivery times depend on the shipping option you select. If you choose Standard shipping your order typically arrives within 3 to 5 business days for most U.S. locations. For Express shipping, your order will arrive within 2 to 3 business days if placed before 1:00 pm EST. For 1- or 2-day shipping, your order will arrive within that timeframe if placed before 1:00 pm EST. Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST will be shipped the next business day.

International orders are shipped using DHL eCommerce International Packet Plus, with delivery typically taking between 3-5 business days. Please note that import duties and VAT must be paid during checkout. Bermies is not responsible for customs clearance processes or any associated costs.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details sent to the address you provided. Please ensure your email address is correctly entered before completing your purchase. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, it might have landed in your spam or junk folder, so check there as well. Please allow at least 12 hours for the DHL eCommerce website to update itself before tracking your package. DHL assumes all responsibility for delivering your purchase, and we can't track or change delivery address for packages after they have left our shop. ABOUT RE:DO

We now offer return protection for Bermies orders called Redo, which you can purchase at checkout for most of the products. If you add this to your order ($1.98), you can return any eligible item in your order for an exchange, store credit, or a refund. Awesome, ¿right?

If you choose not to buy Redo, you can still return, but you will have to cover the cost of the return shipping label. It will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please note that REDO is only available in the US, as we do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders, so please make sure to choose the right size! If the order qualified for free shipping because the total purchase amount exceeded $100, and you decide to return all items from the order, please note that a $10 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the original shipping cost

Prepare & Ship:
Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
After approval, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label via email. Attach it to your package and drop it off at the nearest shipping location. Once you've received the label, you have 28 days to ship it; otherwise, it will expire.

Receive Your Refund/Exchange:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and exchanges will be shipped within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
