Small fit well based on size chart. I am about 30 in the hips, which is where it sits on the body. Fits comfortably snug all over. They did a good job matching the pattern on the front central seam of the briefs. FYI there is an light/thin inner black lining in the front. Nice weight material and very well constructed. The caps on the end of the ties are securely connected. I will see how it holds up over time.
