Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. Please note that for international orders Bermies covers the costs of shipping only for orders above 150USD. Orders are shipped with DHL eCommerce International Packet Plus , takes between 4 – 10 business days and are subject to import duties/VAT of which Bermies is not responsible for. If you would like a faster shipping service we offer 3 – 5 business days at an additional charge.

How can I track my order?

After an order is shipped you will be emailed a tracking number as provided by the shipping carrier , so you can keep up with your delivery. Please allow at least 12 hours for the DHL eCommerce website to update itself before tracking your package.

Can I return the product if it doesn’t fit?

Yes! If one of our products doesn't fit, we've got you covered. We accept exchanges, store credit, or refunds within 28 days of delivery for all unwashed/unworn items.
