How long does it take for my Sherpa Fleece to arrive?

Typically orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped soon after. For standard shipping , expect your product to arrive within 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are also available.

Do you offer international shipping?

Please note that for international orders Bermies does not cover the costs of shipping. Orders are shipped with DHL eCommerce International Packet Plus, takes between 4 – 10 business days and are subject to import duties/VAT of which Bermies is not responsible for. If you would like a faster shipping service we offer 3 – 5 business days at an additional charge.

How can I track my order?

After an order is shipped you will be emailed a tracking number as provided by the shipping carrier , so you can keep up with your delivery. Please allow at least 12 hours for the DHL eCommerce website to update itself before tracking your package.

Can I return the product if it doesn’t fit?

Yes. We accept returns for exchange, store credit, or refund within 14 days of delivery for all unwashed/unworn tagged clothing if you added REDO to your cart. Please note that this service is only available in the US, as we do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders.
