1) What are Bermies made of??
Our swim trunks are made from some of the most comfortable, long-lasting and fast-drying fabrics in swimwear. Bermies are 90% polyester and 10% lycra/spandex. With its soft but strong structure, it has a resistance to chlorine and salt water and can defend you from UV rays.

3) Is Shipping Free? How long does delivery take??
All orders placed before 1:00 pm EST will be packed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST will be shipped on the following day.
Bermies covers the costs of standard shipping for orders placed within the US. We use DHL eCommerce which will arrive at your door between 3 – 5 business days. If you would like a faster shipping service we offer Fedex 2 day shipping and Fedex 1 day shipping at an additional charge.
Please note that for international orders Bermies does not cover the costs of shipping. Orders are shipped with FedEx International Priority which costs $40.00, takes between 3 – 5 business days and are subject to import duties/VAT of which Bermies is not responsible for.
4) Why is International Shipping so Expensive??
We are using DHL Express which guarantees 3-5 days delivery. We have experienced shipping Bermies with other slower methods which may be slightly cheaper, but in our experience it takes between 15-20 days and swim trunks tend to get lost along the way! What do we recommend you do? Just get a friend to get another pair of Bermies and split the shipping costs between you guys!! This way you’re happy, your friend is happy and we are happy your pair of Bermies are delivered on time and not lost along the way!
5) Will I be sent a tracking number??
After an order is shipped you will be emailed a tracking number as provided by the shipping carrier, so you can keep up with your delivery. Please allow at least 12 hours for the DHL eCommerce or FedEx website to update itself before tracking your package. DHL and FedEx assume all responsibility for delivering your purchase. We can’t track packages after they have left our shop. Please use the tracking number you are provided in the confirmation email. If you did not receive a tracking number you should check your spam folder!
Bermies reserves the right to decline any order. Each order will be reviewed before shipment and a cancellation may be made in specific cases of negative customer credit history, inconsistencies related to the provided billing and shipping address, or a requested shipping destination which we are not allowed to deliver to. If your order is declined, we will credit your account within 24-48 hours.
6) Can I buy Bermies at a retail store??
We are working into getting into a store near you! If you are interested in selling Bermies in your store please reach out to [email protected] with some basic information about your shop (location, type of shop, tax information, contact information etc.) and you will be contacted by our wholesale team within 24hr.
7) Can I exchange my Bermies??
We realize that men come in different shapes and sizes. If one of our swim trunks doesn’t work out for you, please reach out to us and we will gladly exchange it for a better size! While we cover the costs of shipping for exchanges in the U.S, we cannot do so on international orders so please make sure you choose the right size!
We accept requests for exchanges within the first 14 days after your purchase. To qualify for a exchange, the item must be in the original condition. Products that have been worn, used, damaged or altered will not be accepted. In the unlikely event they are damaged or lost in transit you must file a claim with the carrier.
8) What should I do to exchange my Bermies??
Submit a request for exchange through our contact page. A Bermies representative will get in touch within 48 hours and guide you through the next steps.
9) Can I return my Bermies??
If you are not satisfied with your order you can:
- Return the order for store credit in the full amount that you paid for
- Return for a full refund, minus shipping and restocking/handling charges of $10 per item

10) What Sizes do they come in??
Smalls have a waist size of 28-30, Mediums have a waist size of 31-33, Larges have a waist size of 34-36 , and XL’s has a waist size of 37-39.
The Inseam in our Classics have been adjusted to fit you perfectly. S and M have a 5″ inseam while L and XL has a 6″ inseam. Originals have a 3.5″ inseam for S and M and a 4.5″ inseam for L and XL.

12) How should I wash my Bermies??
Machine-wash Bermies in cold water and tumble dry at low-medium heat.
13) Why haven’t I received a confirmation for my order??
There are three reasons either you have entered an invalid email address, it has gone to your spam folder or your order has not been placed properly. You can get in touch with Bermies by using the contact form.
